Stress-ECG

Investigation of coronary heart disease and heart rhythm disorders, early detection of blood pressure deviations, and evaluation of blood pressure problems.

The stress-ECG records heart activity under continuous blood pressure monitoring as physical exertion increases. For this purpose, we use a bicycle ergometer. Electrodes are attached to the patient's body to record the electrical currents of heart actions.

The stress-ECG serves, for example, to detect circulatory disorders in certain areas of the heart and to record blood pressure behavior or the occurrence of arrhythmias under stress conditions. The level of exertion is increased in stages. The entire examination takes about 15-20 minutes.
